Our instructors are professional aviators, NOT new aviator instructors working on time building. Most technically 'qualified' flight instructors don't meet our experience criteria. Each of our staff have years of Airline/Corporate aviation Training Department leadership experience - Simulators, IOE, SOE and Ground instruction backgrounds. We just happen to like the experimental/amphibian platform for recreational flying and apply our professional background to the problem of safely flying these types of aircraft.
